Position Announcement

Position:

Audiologist, Full-Time Position, 12-month Appointment

Primary Duties: Provide direct supervision of graduate students’ clinical practicum working with adult audiological disorders. Provide student advising according to ASHA guidelines. Evaluate students’ clinical skills. Provide clinical program development that represents best practice in the area of Audiology. Provide direct audiology services to patients as defined by clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

2 years post ASHA certification; Experience in teaching and supervision in the area of adult audiological disorders required. ASHA certification and eligibility for Tennessee Licensure required. Au.D. or Ph.D. preferred. The candidate must meet requirements for obtaining and maintaining national certification and TN state licensure. The candidate must have knowledge of teaching skills.
